Last week (Saturday, February 27, 2021) I was honored to accept the Charles Neer award from the American Shoulder and Elbow Society on behalf of our team at University at Buffalo/ UBMD Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. The award recognizes our work in the “basic science” category for advancing scientific knowledge on the topic of shoulder infections.
Our team will continue to study topics related to improving the outcomes for people with shoulder pain, shoulder arthritis and shoulder replacements.
