It works smooth as clock work; dependable and always on time. The staff and nurses are kind and helpful. Phone calls and requests are handled promptly. Dr. DiPaola treats you like a person and not just a patient. He's empathetic,  clear, and efficient. After a stroke, subarachnoid hemorrhage and major seizure causing multiple fractures, I'm being treated by many doctors right now, and the experience at Dr. DiPaola's office is hands down the best. He has done 3 surgeries on my hands and recently replaced my shoulder. All perfect and healed my pain!!!! He followed up to with these and his PA Julie. As far as his PA, Julie, I had her help today 12-15-23! She ordered an MRI that has the contrast that is given to the patient before the MRI! Plus, Julie also did a round of X-Rays 🩻 to get an idea of my painful rotator cuffs and lastly she gave me a shot in both shoulders with Decahedron to help as a steroid, SHE WAS WONDERFUL🙏🏼🫶🏼 THANK YOU JULIE❣️

My understanding was that the rotator cuff injury was quite severe and would require extensive procedures to try to rectify, correct. It is my opinion it was a great success, and I am pain-free with good range of motion, but have some strength loss in that. Doctor DiPaola was great. Did an outstanding job in my opinion, and I would recommend him to others.

His ability to really listen, his bedside manner, and his level of compassion is outstanding.  I would recommend Dr. DiPaola to anyone that has any elbow issues or needs surgery. I am very happy that I did all the physical therapy exercises after surgery, because it has really paid off  with my range of motion. His staff at UBMD was very nice as well as everyone at Buffalo General Hospital. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience. LOL as pleasant as surgery can be.

Before surgery I was getting less than 2 hours of sleep at a time due to constantly tossing and turning to make my shoulder comfortable.  By 4 weeks, post surgery, I was sleeping through the night.  Pain meds weren't needed after day 3.  I highly recommend Dr. DiPaola for this surgery.  He and his staff are very polite, and very helpful.  Outstanding!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I saw Dr. DiPaola after a fall for a rotator cuff injury that resulted in surgery. This was my third surgery for the same issue on the same shoulder (my 1st two were done by a different surgeon).

I loved working with him and his staff. Sarah and Alicia at the desk always made me feel supported, cared about, and well taken care of. I'm healing well and already have more mobility than I thought I would.

Dr. DiPaola made sure to answer all of my questions, no matter how silly. He looked me in my eyes, told me plainly what was going on, listened to my concerns, and gave me options. I am so impressed with Dr. DiPaola, his PA Julie, Sarah, and Alicia. They made a debilitating injury not so bad to bear by treating me like a human being, not just patient #xxxxxxxxx.
