There is a certain exercise that I assign all of my tennis elbow patients. You will find it in the video below.
It’s the one exercise that has proven effective by medical science in treating tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis is the fancy way of saying it).
The trick to the exercise is pace: SLOOOOOW on the way down and using your good arm to help on the way up.
In this video our assistant is holding an ace wrap for demonstration purposes, but you should hold a small dumbbell (1-3 lbs) or a full water bottle if you don’t have a dumbbell.
The good news is that most tennis elbow will clear up with time and an exercise program. Good luck!
