Current Role & Academic Leadership
Dr. DiPaola is an Clinical Associate Professor of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine at the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and a practicing orthopedic surgeon with UBMD Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. In this role, he:
- Teaches & Mentors future orthopedic surgeons, guiding residents and fellows in both clinical and surgical training.
- Conducts Research focused on improving shoulder and elbow treatment techniques, infection control in orthopedic implants, and surgical outcomes.
